Willow Tree Wellness supports adult mental wellness, self-care, and resilience — with a special focus on educators and school social workers navigating burnout and chronic stress.

I created Willow Tree Wellness after years of working closely with educators and school social workers who were giving everything to others—and leaving little for themselves. This work is rooted in a simple truth: burnout doesn’t have to be your normal. You don’t have to keep living this way, and there is a more sustainable, supportive way forward.
I believe wellness should be accessible, realistic, and grounded in compassion—not perfection. My work centers on helping people slow down, reconnect with what matters, and build self-care practices that actually fit real life, not idealized routines.
Whether through group programs, workshops, or one-on-one support, my goal is always the same: to help you feel supported, capable, and whole—so you can do your work without losing yourself in the process.

If you’ve been feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or quietly wondering how much longer you can keep going like this — you’re not alone.
Burnout doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’ve been carrying too much for too long without the support you deserve.
You cannot pour from an empty cup. And just like on an airplane, you have to put on your own oxygen mask first — not because others matter less, but because you matter too.
This can be the moment you stop pushing through and start putting yourself first.
Take the first step toward burnout no more.
Reclaim your balance. We’re here when you’re ready.
